日頃より弊社製品をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、Android端末をお使いのユーザーの皆様へ重要なお知らせがございます。
「GranBoard app」「GranPlayer app」は、これまで32ビット版Android OSにも対応してまいりましたが、新機能、新サービスに伴う新しい技術の導入のため、残念ながらVer.12.0のリリースをもちまして32ビット版のサポートを終了することとなりました。
32ビット版Android OS端末をご利用の方は、誠に恐れ入りますが、Ver.12.0リリースまでに64ビット版Android OSが搭載された端末のご用意をお願い致します。
なお、ご利用の端末が32ビットか64ビットか不明な場合、下記を参考にご確認ください。
- 端末メーカーにお問い合わせ
- Google Playストアから「64Bit Checker」をインストール、確認

また、次回アップデートのVer.10.8では32ビット端末にのみ「サポート終了のお知らせ」が表示される機能が実装されます。

Thank you very much for using our products.We have an important announcement for our users on Android devices.
The "GranBoard app" and "GranPlayer app" have supported 32-bit Android OS until now. However, due to the introduction of new features and services, we regret to announce the end of support for 32-bit versions with the release of Ver.12.0.
Users on 32-bit Android OS devices are kindly requested to switch to a device with a 64-bit Android OS by the release of Ver.12.0.
If you're unsure whether your device is 32-bit or 64-bit, please check by:
- Contacting the device manufacturer
- Installing and using the "64Bit Checker" app from the Google Play Store:

Note: The upcoming Ver.10.8 update will display a "support ending" notice only on 32-bit devices.

Reasons for this change
These updates will allow us to provide our users with the latest and most exciting darting experiences. The need for technological evolution has led us to the decision to end support for 32-bit devices.

Die "GranBoard App" und "GranPlayer App" haben bisher die 32-Bit-Version des Android-Betriebssystems unterstützt. Leider müssen wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass mit der Veröffentlichung von Ver.12.0 die Unterstützung für die 32-Bit-Version beendet wird.
Benutzer von Geräten mit 32-Bit-Android-Betriebssystem werden gebeten, sich bis zur Veröffentlichung von Ver.12.0 ein Gerät mit 64-Bit-Android-Betriebssystem zu beschaffen.
Wenn Sie unsicher sind, ob Ihr Gerät 32-Bit oder 64-Bit ist, überprüfen Sie dies bitte durch:
- Kontaktieren des Geräteherstellers
- Installieren und Verwenden der "64Bit Checker" App aus dem Google Play Store,
verfügbar unter 64Bit Checker im Google Play Store (kostenlos herunterladbar)

Las aplicaciones "GranBoard" y "GranPlayer" han sido compatibles con la versión de 32 bits de Android OS hasta ahora. Lamentablemente, informamos que el soporte para la versión de 32 bits terminará con el lanzamiento de Ver.12.0.
A los usuarios con dispositivos Android OS de 32 bits, les pedimos que, por favor, se preparen con un dispositivo de 64 bits para el lanzamiento de Ver.12.0.
Si no está seguro si su dispositivo es de 32 bits o 64 bits, puede verificarlo:
