GranBoard、GranPlayer Appをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。GranPlayer AppのWeekly World Rankingにおいて、一部不具合が発生していましたことをご報告いたします。
発生箇所
「PRACTICE SCORE Ranking」
一部のユーザーの方々において、正確なスコアや順位が表示されていなかったことを確認いたしました。
本件につきましては、本日6月8日12時頃（日本時間）にサーバーのエラー箇所修正により不具合が解消されており、現在記録されているランキングのスコアを更新するプレイから正常に表示されます。
なお、Play Data内のデータの保存には影響はございませんので、ご安心いただければと思います。
お客様にはこのような問題が発生し、ご不便をおかけしましたことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

Where the issue occurred
PRACTICE SCORE Ranking
We have confirmed that accurate scores and rankings were not displayed for some users.
The problem has been resolved by fixing an error on the server at around 12:00 (Japan time) on June 8, and the currently recorded ranking scores will be displayed correctly from the play to update the scores.
We would like to reassure you that this will not affect the saving of data in Play Data.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue to our customers.

Das Problem wurde durch die Behebung eines Fehlers auf dem Server gegen 12:00 Uhr (japanische Zeit) am 8. Juni behoben, und die aktuell aufgezeichneten Ranglistenpunkte werden ab dem Spiel zur Aktualisierung der Spielstände korrekt angezeigt.
Wir möchten Ihnen versichern, dass dies keinen Einfluss auf die Speicherung der Daten in Play Data hat.

Hemos confirmado que las puntuaciones y clasificaciones precisas no se mostraban para algunos usuarios.
El problema se ha resuelto solucionando un error en el servidor alrededor de las 12:00 (hora de Japón) del 8 de junio, y las puntuaciones de la clasificación registradas actualmente se mostrarán correctamente a partir de la jugada para actualizar las puntuaciones.
