10月1日以降、ヨーロッパおよび一部の地域のユーザー様のGranBoard Ver.10.6.1 / GranPlayer Ver.3.1.1でHit AwardとMovie Awardの統計が正しく表示されない不具合が発生しております。
本件につきましては、現在発生原因を調査中です。原因の特定と修正が完了しだい、アップデートをリリースいたします。
なお、10月1日以降のプレイデータはサーバーでは正常に保存されていますのでご安心いただければと思います。不具合が修正されましたら、正しいデータが表示されます。
ご利用中のお客様にはご不便・ご迷惑をお掛けしておりますことをお詫びいたします。アプリの修正版リリースまで今しばらくお待ち下さいますようお願い申し上げます。
Since October 1, users in Europe and some other regions have been experiencing a problem with GranBoard Ver. 10.6.1 / GranPlayer Ver. 3.1.1 in which Hit Award and Movie Award statistics are not displayed correctly.
This problem is currently under investigation. The update will be released as soon as the cause is identified and corrected.
Please be assured that all awards won after October 1st have been stored properly on the server. When the update is available, your data can be seen correctly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We ask for your patience until we release the update.
