1.Adjust Responce Intarval / Traget Area Sensitivity
We advice you to adjust “Response Interval” from Sensor Settings. Please try increasing/decreasing the interval and see if your board responds to your throw properly. We recommend you try different Target Area Sensitivity to figure out which one of the settings works perfectly for you as well. (Set4 is the highest sensitivity)
Response Interval setting lets you adjust the non-registrable interval between each throw. It can adjust at a maximum of 1.5 seconds and a minimum of 0.6 seconds. The default is set at a maximum. If your dart hits the board between this interval, it won't register a score.
2. Multi-sensor System
If you are playing on GRANBOARD3s, we advise you to try turning off "Multi-sensor System" from System Settings and see if it works.
*Multi-sensor System GRANBOARD3s/132 has 3 kinds of built-in sensors. The board registers the score when these sensors received the signal. However, this multi-sensor does not work properly depending on the user's board installation environment. In this case, we recommend turning off this settings.
