Warranty Policy
The warranty period for the GRANBOARD series is 3 months from the date of purchase.
For any malfunctions or defects, replacement parts will generally be provided.

- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt
- Details of the malfunction or defect and the symptoms
Warranty and Support Exclusions
- If proof of purchase or warranty period cannot be confirmed
- Damage or malfunction caused by shipping issues
- Damage or malfunction caused by improper installation or usage by the user
- Damage or malfunction caused by modifications made by the user
- Damage or malfunction due to force majeure (fire, earthquake, lightning, flood, etc.)
- If you do not cooperate in providing information to identify the cause of the defect or malfunction
